Procedure
Advita International School offers admission from Playgroup to Grade X.
The first stage of the admission process is to initiate the admission by filling the Enquiry Form.
Following which, all candidates are accessed on their academic abilities and performance in English, Science, and Mathematics followed by an interaction with the candidate as well as the parents/guardian which is aimed at determining the congruence of the parental point of view with that of the school’s, and interpreting the subject scores of the student with regard to their potential, aptitude, intelligence, sporting skills, and creative abilities and any other criterion deemed notable by the admission department.
Above assessment results are based firmly on merit and subsequent seats will be presented in order of merit.
Upon the confirmation of the seat, the next step is to fill the ‘Admission Form’ and provide following documents:
· Copy of birth certificate
· 2 recent passport size coloured photographs of the candidate
· Copy of Aadhar card
· Copy of last exam progress report
Please note that the admission department will be the final arbitrator and admission fee is non-refundable.
Online Application Process
Withdrawal Policy
The withdrawal must be applied for by giving an application to the Principal in writing or through mail stating the reason for the withdrawal clearly. No verbal intimation is accepted. School leaving certificate (Transfer Certificate) will be issued only after clearance of dues has been done.
Child Protection
Advita aims to create a ‘child-safe environment’, both internally and externally, where children are respected, protected, empowered and active in their own protection.
The staff at AIS receives continuous training on child protection procedures. They are expected to safeguard and promote the welfare of the children in our care. As per the Child protection policy of school, we undergo a safe recruitment procedure by checking the suitability of staff to work at our school. The school tries to raise awareness of child protection issues and equip students with the skills needed to keep them safe.
The school has some procedures in place to prevent children from being hurt and mistreated like:
· Adult supervision at all times including breaks.
· Equipped the complete campus with CCTV surveillance.
· Zero-tolerance for corporal punishment.
